Technological features of building formwork:
1. Select 5-7 year old eucalyptus logs, which have small knots and good toughness, and select whole core veneer from rotary cutting;
2. Use high-quality pine and eucalyptus whole core first-level core boards to assemble the boards, which have clear layers and smooth surface. There is no void in the middle of the sawing, and the density is 680kg/m3.
3. The surface coating is phenolic resin glue with extremely strong waterproof performance, and the core board uses triammine glue (single layer glue up to 0.3KG). It adopts layer-by-layer glue, with strong gluing performance, which can increase the turnover by 2-3 times.
4. The building formwork is first cold pressed and then hot pressed. It is pressed twice, and the formwork is well glued and the structure is stable.
Features of building formwork:
It has the characteristics of flat board surface, no deformation, light weight, high strength and easy processing. Compared with traditional steel formwork, it has the characteristics of light weight, large amplitude and high turnover. It is easy to demould, corrosion-resistant, smooth surface and does not pollute the concrete surface. It also solves the drawbacks of steel formwork leakage and rough construction surface.
